These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use ofAll CNC Designs's website, apps, APIs, and widgets. By using All CNC Designs, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Community Guidelines.

1. Our Service

All CNC Designs helps you discover and do what you love. To provide our services, we may need to identify you and your interests. We ensure that even promoted content is relevant and interesting to you. Promoted content will be clearly labeled.

2. Using All CNC Designs

a. Who Can Use All CNC Designs

- You can use All CNC Designs if you can legally form a contract and only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
- If you're under 13, you cannot use All CNC Designs.

- All CNC Designs may include downloading software to your device, and by using it, you agree to the automatic update of that software.

3. Your Content

a. Posting Content

All CNC Designs allows you to post content, including photos, comments, links and other materials. Anything that you post or otherwise make available on All CNC Designs is referred to as "User Content". You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you post to All CNC Designs. More simply put If you post your content on All CNC Designs, it still belongs to you.

b. How All CNC Designs and Others Can Use Your Content

You grant All CNC Designs and our users a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide licence to use, store, display, reproduce, save, modify, create derivative works, perform and distribute your User Content on All CNC Designs solely for the purposes of operating, developing, providing and using All CNC Designs. Nothing in these Terms restricts other legal rights All CNC Designs may have to User Content, for example under other licences. We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content, or change the way it’s used in All CNC Designs, for any reason. This includes User Content that we believe violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines or any other policies. More simply put If you post your content on All CNC Designs, we can show it to people and others can save it. Don't post porn or spam or be rude to other people on All CNC Designs.

c. How Long We Keep Your Content

Following termination or deactivation of your account, or if you remove any User Content from All CNC Designs, we may keep your User Content for a reasonable period of time for backup, archive or audit purposes.All CNC Designs and its users may retain and continue to use, store, display, reproduce, save, modify, create derivative works, perform and distribute any of your User Content that other users have stored or shared on All CNC Designs. More simply put If you choose to post content, you give us permission to use it to provide and improve All CNC Designs. Copies of content shared with others may remain even after you've deleted the content from your account.

d. Feedback you provide

We value hearing from our users, and are always interested in learning about ways we can make All CNC Designs better. If you choose to submit comments, ideas or feedback, you agree that we are free to use them without any restriction or compensation to you. By accepting your submission, All CNC Designs doesn’t waive any rights to use similar or related feedback previously known to All CNC Designs, or developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than you. We care about the security of our users. While we work to protect the security of your content and account, All CNC Designs can’t guarantee that unauthorised third parties won’t be able to defeat our security measures. We ask that you keep your password secure. Please notify us immediately of any compromise or unauthorised use of your account. More simply put You can help us fight spammers by bearing these security tips in mind.

6. Third-party links, sites and services

All CNC Designs may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, services, special offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by All CNC Designs. We don’t endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products or services. If you access any third-party websites, services or content from All CNC Designs, you do so at your own risk and you agree that All CNC Designs has no liability arising from your use of or access to any third-party websites, services or content. More simply putAll CNC Designs has links to content outside All CNC Designs. Most of that stuff is great, but we're not responsible when it's not.

7. Termination

All CNC Designs may terminate or suspend your right to access or useAll CNC Designs for any reason with appropriate notice. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately and without notice if we have a good reason, including any violation of our Community Guidelines . Upon termination, you will continue to be bound by Sections 3 and 8 of these Terms. More simply put All CNC Designs is provided to you free of charge. 8. Indemnity

If you use All CNC Designs for commercial purposes (i.e. you are not a consumer) without agreeing to our Business Terms as required by Section 2(c) of these Terms, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless All CNC Designs Inc, All CNC Designs India Ltd, their affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, suits, proceedings, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees (including costs of defence of claims, suits or proceedings brought by third parties), in any way related to your access to or use of our Service, your User Content or your breach of any of these Terms. More simply put If we are sued because of something your business does on All CNC Designs, you will have to pay our costs. Also, you should have created a business account and agreed to our Business Terms in the first place.

9. Disclaimers

Our Service and all content on All CNC Designs is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. All CNC Designs specifically disclaims any and all warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. All CNC Designs takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content that you or any other person or third party posts or sends using our Service. You understand and agree that you may be exposed to User Content that’s inaccurate, objectionable, inappropriate for children or otherwise unsuited to your purpose. If you're a consumer in the EEA, we don’t exclude or limit any liability for gross negligence, intent, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. More simply put Unfortunately, people post bad stuff on services like All CNC Designs. We take that kind of thing seriously but you may still run into it before we have a chance to take it down. 10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, All CNC Designs SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; OR (C) UNAUTHORISED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL All CNC Designs'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100.00).
If we cause damage to you and you are a consumer in the EEA, the above does not apply. Instead, All CNC Designs’s liability will be limited to foreseeable damages arising due to a breach of material contractual obligations typical for this type of contract. All CNC Designs is not liable for damages that result from a non-material breach of any other applicable duty of care. This limitation of liability will not apply to any statutory liability that cannot be limited, to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct, or if and to exclude our responsibility for something we have specifically promised to you. More simply put We are building the best service we can for you, but we can't promise it will be perfect. We're not liable for various things. If you think we are, let's try to work it out like adults.

11. Arbitration

For any dispute you have with All CNC Designs, you agree to first contact us and try to resolve the dispute with us informally. If we need to contact you, we will do so using the email address on your All CNC Designsaccount. If All CNC Designs has not been able to resolve the dispute with you informally, we each agree to resolve any claim, dispute or controversy (excluding claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) arising out of or in connection with or relating to these Terms through binding arbitration or (for qualifying claims) in a small claims court.
Arbitration is a more informal way to resolve our disagreements than a lawsuit in court. For instance, arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, involves more limited discovery and is subject to very limited review by courts. Although the process is more informal, arbitrators can award the same damages and relief that a court can award. You agree that, by agreeing to these Terms of Service, the US Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision, and that you and All CNC Designs are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability or enforceability of this binding arbitration agreement. This arbitration provision shall survive termination of this Agreement and the termination of your All CNC Designsaccount.
Any arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under the Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect for the AAA, except as provided herein. You can find their forms at www.adr.org . Unless you and All CNC Designs agree otherwise, the arbitration will be conducted in the county (or parish) where you reside. Each party will be responsible for paying any AAA filing, administrative and arbitrator fees in accordance with AAA rules, except that All CNC Designs will pay for your reasonable filing, administrative and arbitrator fees if your claim for damages does not exceed $75,000 and is non-frivolous (as measured by the standards set forth in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b)). If your claim is for $10,000 or less, we agree that you may choose whether the arbitration will be conducted solely on the basis of documents submitted to the arbitrator, or through a telephone hearing or in-person hearing as established by the AAA rules. If your claim exceeds $10,000, the right to a hearing will be determined by the AAA rules. Regardless of the manner in which the arbitration is conducted, the arbitrator shall issue a reasoned written decision explaining the essential findings and conclusions on which the award is based, and any judgement on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from the courts, including for matters related to data security, intellectual property or unauthorised access to the Service.
ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE PARTIES' INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, AND, UNLESS WE AGREE OTHERWISE, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS. YOU AGREE THAT, BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS, YOU AND All CNC Designs ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE SHALL AFFECT ANY NON-WAIVABLE STATUTORY RIGHTS THAT APPLY TO YOU.
To the extent that any claim, dispute or controversy regarding All CNC Designsor our Service is not arbitrable under applicable laws or otherwise, you and All CNC Designs both agree that any claim or dispute regarding All CNC Designswill be resolved exclusively in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
If you are a consumer in the EEA, Section 11 does not apply to you.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.

13. General terms

a.Notification procedures and changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to determine the form and means of providing you with notifications, and you agree to receive legal notices electronically if that is what we decide. We may revise these Terms from time to time; the most current version will always be posted on our website. If a revision, in our discretion, is material, we will notify you. By continuing to access or use All CNC Designs once revisions have become effective, you agree to be bound by the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using All CNC Designs. More simply put If we are making a big change to the Terms, we will let you know. If you do not like the new Terms, please stop using All CNC Designs.

b. Assignment

These Terms, and any rights and licences granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by All CNC Designswithout restriction. Any attempted transfer or assignment in violation hereof shall be null and void. If you’re a consumer in the EEA, either you or All CNC Designs may assign this agreement, and any rights and licences granted under it, to a third party. In case of such an assignment by All CNC Designs, you are entitled to terminate the agreement with immediate effect by deactivating your account. All CNC Designs will provide you with reasonable notice of any such assignment.

c.Entire agreement/severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any amendments and additional agreements you may enter into with All CNC Designs, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and All CNC Designsconcerning the Service. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

d. No waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and All CNC Designs's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

e. Parties

If you live in the United States, these Terms are a contract between you and All CNC Designs Inc., 651 Brannan Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. If you live outside the United States, these Terms are a contract between you and All CNC Designs India Ltd., an Irish company with its registered office at Palmerston House, 2nd Floor, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, Ireland. To do that, we show you personalised content and ads we think you’ll be interested in based on information we collect from you and third parties. We only use that information where we have a proper legal basis for doing so. We will still use your IP address, which is used to approximate your location, even if you don't choose to share your precise location. 2. We also get technical information when you use All CNC Designs

When you use a website, mobile application or other Internet service, certain Internet and electronic network activity information gets created and logged automatically. This is also true when you use All CNC Designs. Here are some of the types of information we collect:

• a.Log data : When you use All CNC Designs, our servers record information (“log data”), including information that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit a website, or that your mobile app automatically sends when you’re using it. We may also infer information about your education or professional experience based on your activity when you link your account to accounts you have with third parties such as Facebook and Google .

3. Our partners and advertisers share information with us

We also get information about you and your activity outside All CNC Designsfrom our affiliates, advertisers, partners and other third parties we work with. For example:

• a. Some websites or apps use All CNC Designsfeatures such as our “Save” button, or you may install our “Save” button for your browser. If so, we collect log data from those sites or apps. You can learn more about these features at our Help Center.
• b. Online advertisers or third parties share information with us to measure, report on or improve the performance of ads on All CNC Designs, or to work out what kinds of ads to show you on or off All CNC Designs. This includes information about your visits to an advertiser's site or purchases you've made from them, or information about your interests from a third-party service, which we might use to help show you ads. What we do with the info we collect

• a. Suggest other people who have similar interests. For example, if you follow interior design boards, we may suggest interior designers that you might like.

Or people can search for your account on All CNC Designs using your email address.
• c. Keep All CNC Designs safe and secure. We work with law enforcement and keep All CNC Designs safe. We may get requests for account information from law enforcement, for example, the police or courts. • d. Review your messages on All CNC Designs to detect activity that poses a risk to the safety of you, our community and/or members of the public.

We have a legitimate interest in delivering ads that are relevant, interesting and personal to you in order to generate revenue. To further these interests, we use the information we collect to:

We have a legitimate interest in using information we collect to customise your All CNC Designs experience based on your offsite behaviour. For example, if you visit websites that sell electric guitars, we may suggest guitar-related Pins to you. When we identify your interests based on your offsite behaviour with cookies, we (or our partners) will obtain any consent that we need. In addition to the specific circumstances above, we’ll only use your information with your consent in order to:

• a. Allow searching with photos. For example, if you take a photo of a pair of shoes or a piece of furniture you like, you can ask us to show you similar items. You can opt in to this in your device operating system settings.
• b. Send you marketing materials by email, text, push notification or phone call depending on your account or operating system settings. Each time we send you marketing materials, we give you the option to unsubscribe.
• c. Identify your precise location and customise the recommendations and ads we show you. For example, if we know that you’re near a retailer, we may show you Pins from that retailer that may be of interest to you. You can opt in to this in your device operating system settings.
• d. Depending on where you live and your settings, tell our ad partners how their ads are doing using the All CNC Designs Tag. The All CNC Designs Tag (a piece of code an advertiser puts on their site) delivers insights to us and our ad partners about actions that a person takes on their website after viewing an ad on All CNC Designs. To find out more about the All CNC Designs Tag, please visit the Help Centre .

Where required, we’ll also rely on your consent where we use cookies to show you ads you might be interested in. We use cookies to identify your interests based on your offsite activity. We do this for people currently using All CNC Designs and for new people, and it helps us customise how you get started on All CNC Designs.

Transferring your information

All CNC Designs is a worldwide service. Choices you have about your info

Our goal is to give you simple and meaningful choices regarding your information. If you have a All CNC Designs account, many of these controls are built directly into All CNC Designs or your settings. For example, you can:

• a. Edit information in your profile at any time, decide whether your profile is available to search engines, or choose whether others can find your All CNC Designs account using your email address.
• b. Link or unlink your All CNC Designs account from other services (such as Facebook, Google or Twitter). For some services (e.g. Facebook), you can also decide whether or not to publish your All CNC Designsactivity to that service..
• c. Edit secret board settings . Secret boards are visible to you and other collaborators in the board, and any collaborator may choose to make the board available to anyone else. For example, another collaborator can invite someone else to the board, make the board available to an app they use to view All CNC Designs, or even just take an image from the board and email it to their friends.
• d. Choose whether All CNC Designs ads delivered to you on other platforms, sites or apps are customised using information about your account activities. You can control this by visiting your settings and updating your “Personalisation” preferences.
• e. Choose whether All CNC Designs shares information about your activity on All CNC Designs for ad performance reporting. You can control this by visiting your settings and updating your 'Data personalisation' preferences.
• f. Close your account at any time . When you close your account, we’ll deactivate it, remove your Pins and boards from All CNC Designs, and delete your account data. Please note that there may be legal reasons for us to keep your data, such as if we receive a law enforcement request asking us to preserve data. We may also retain certain information in our backup systems for a limited period of time, or as required by law.

You also have choices available to you through the device or software you use to access All CNC Designs. For example:

• a. The browser you use lets you control cookies or other types of local data storage.
• b. Your mobile device lets you choose how and whether your precise location, photos, contacts and other data are shared with us.

How and when we share information

Anyone can see the public boards and Pins you create and profile information you give us. We also make this public information available through what are called APIs (basically a technical way to share information quickly). For example, a partner can study what their most popular Pins are or how their Pins are being shared on All CNC Designsby using a All CNC Designs API. We also share your information with:

• a. Other services, at your direction, to enable you to sign up for or log in to All CNC Designs, or when you decide to link your All CNC Designs account to those services, such as Facebook or Google, or when you publish your content on All CNC Designs to them. For example, if you choose to publish your Pins to Facebook or Twitter, information about that content will be shared with Facebook or Twitter.
• b.
