How do I create an account and join the community?

Click "Get Started" and choose your role: Designer, Machine Owner, or Technologist. Enter your details to sign up and you will be taken straight to your new All CNC Designs account. That is it, you are now part of the community.

How do I upload and sell my CNC design files?

Accepted Answer

Once you are logged in, open the Upload page from the menu. Add a title and description, upload your CNC files and preview images, and set your price. Review the details, publish, and your design goes live in the marketplace for machine owners to discover and buy. Uploading your first design automatically makes you a seller.

What file formats can I upload or download?

All CNC Designs supports the common CNC and vector formats used across the industry, including DXF, SVG, STL, and other toolpath-ready files for CNC routers, laser cutters, plasma cutters, and milling machines. Check each design's page for the exact formats included before you download.

Which CNC machines are the designs made for?

Accepted Answer

You will find designs suited to a wide range of machines, including CNC routers, laser cutters, plasma cutters, CNC mills and lathes, grinders, waterjet and wire cutters, EDM machines, and 3D printers. Each listing describes the machines and materials it is intended for.

How do I buy and download a design?

Open the design you want and choose a download or purchase option on its page. Add it to your cart, proceed to checkout, and pay with your preferred method such as card or UPI. After payment you can download your files immediately, and they are also saved to your account for later.

Can I download my purchased files again later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every file you buy stays in your account. Log in, open your Downloads or Orders section, and download any past purchase whenever you need it. A download link is also emailed to you after checkout as a backup.

My download did not start, what should I do?

A download link is also sent to your email after purchase, and all of your files remain available in your account. Log in and open your Downloads section to retrieve them at any time. If you still have trouble, contact our support team and we will help.

How do payments and payouts work for sellers?

Buyers pay securely at checkout, and your earnings are credited to your seller balance. You can request a withdrawal from the Sales section of your account. Payouts are processed to your registered account, for example via UPI, on a regular monthly schedule.

Because CNC design files are digital goods delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is faulty, for example incomplete, unusable, or not as described, contact the seller first through their profile or the design's comments. If it is not resolved within 7 days, contact our support team and we will review the case and issue a refund where the problem is confirmed.

How do I share photos of what I have made?

Made something from a file you downloaded? We would love to see it. Log in, open the Upload page, and share photos of your finished carved, engraved, or cut project. Sharing your results helps other makers and gives designers valuable feedback.

How do I create and manage collections?

Collections let you group designs you own or love. Use the "Add to" button on any design to save it to a new or existing collection. You can set a collection to private, visible only to you, or public, shown on your profile and in community collections, and reorder your collections from the menu on each one.

How do I edit my profile?

Go to your account settings to update your username, profile picture, and other details. Keeping your profile complete helps buyers and the community recognise your work.

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

On the login screen, choose the "forgot password" option and we will email you a link to set a new one. Be sure to use the email address you registered with.

How do I download an invoice for my order?

Invoices are available from the Downloads tab in your account and from the order confirmation page. First add your billing details in your account settings. This information stays private to you and is required to generate a valid invoice.

Add relevant details about machines, materials, and dimensions, group your work into public collections, and share your finished projects. The more helpful and complete your listings, the easier they are to find and buy.

You can reach our team through the support or feedback options on the site, and message sellers via their profile. Messaging is monitored by our customer care team, so please keep it courteous. Spam and unsolicited commercial messages are removed.
